Smith's claim about no hacked election systems could boomerang on him during Trump case
Seyyed Mohammad Hosein Musa Kazemi, 24, and Sajjad Kashian, 27, were charged in November of 2021 with obtaining confidential U.S. voter information, sending threatening emails to intimidate voters, and disseminating a video with disinformation about electi...
Quite right..... with a caveat. I think it depends on whether this case moves to Florida or stays in Washington DC. More specifically, it depends on the judge.
Recall the recent E, Jean Carroll case, where Judge Lewis A. Kaplan refused the Trump lawyers of their right to a defense. Kaplan basically ruled everything Trump's lawyers wanted to enter into the record as inadmissible. Keep this in mind. It's a common practice in courts today for several reasons. Kangaroo courts are prevalent in American jurisprudence. The appointed judge in the new indictment is Tanya Chuken. She is yet another corrupt judge and may be worse than Kaplan.
Tanya Chutkan, an Obama appointee who has been throwing the book at J6ers. All of the j6ers were basically denied their right to a defense. The Trump case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, according to the court docket. Chutkan, an Obama appointee, is the only federal judge in Washington, D.C., who has sentenced Jan. 6 defendants to sentences longer than the government had requested.
This judge could rule that the evidence against election fraud has already been "well established" and therefore inadmissible to the proceedings. Where have we heard this before? If this happens, Poof! There goes that solid election fraud evidence.
It's a dirty and evil system we have here. Another tactic used is not serving the charges to defendants. They just did this to Rudy Giuliani, who is an "old salt" in the world of federal prosecutors and is aware of all these tactics. He responded with anger to the fact Jack Smith pulled this sh#& on him. How dare them, right? It's the same wicked tactic used against Randy Weaver that resulted in the loss of his wife and son. It was outright preventable murder. This Biden administration is dirty, dirty, dirty. The swamp must be drained.
“… evidence against election fraud has already been well established…” huh? Something they have been denying for 2 years, now they claim is well established? I’m scratching my head over this one…
Regretful, but it's the same shenanigans that was used in Kari Lake's challenges.
We have it all…can’t wait…moar Popcorn please!
They will claim that it's well established as bogus, debunked, etc etc

Quite and just right.
Under table suitcases were caught on camera;
Vote counts don’t just gap up, given the fixed parameters and environmental variables.
Middle school algebra don’t lie.

I'm not sure this helps Trump.
This was discovered and publicly announced before the election. In Oct.
Also they didn't get access to any systems involving votes.
"The Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency ('CISA')–whose existence the Defendant signed into law to protect the nation's cybersecurity infrastructure from attack–joined an official multi-agency statement that there was no evidence any voting system had been compromised and that declared the 2020 election 'the most secure in American history,'" the indictment reads.
Space Force... Weren't they given control of all satellite communications?
Edit: They have control over:
Military Satellites: The Space Force is responsible for the operation of military satellites that support national security objectives. These satellites are used for communication, navigation (GPS), reconnaissance, early warning, and other strategic purposes.
and that's only what the public knows about Space Force
We'll see who holds the boomerang,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Great point
