The Vice-president of Republicans Overseas Dr Jan Halper-Hayes has lashed out the GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, calling the billionaire "truly psychologically unbalanced".
She is a political psychologist. How does someone go from claiming Trump was unbalanced in 2016 and then end up as part of Trump's transition team? She even called him a "pig" at one point. I don't know, this one is a mixed bag that uses different hats depending on which group she is trying to impress.
