We could eliminate at LEAST one third of government agencies with NFTs. You don't need things like the SEC and DTCC when you just program the rules / law into the NFT security and it can't be broken. "Enforcement" becomes a uniform function, not an additional agency wearing uniforms.

I think at this time the most they are likely to agree upon is a gold-brokered basket of commodities/currencies that they can use for trading between BRICS partners.
