I stopped going to big box stores when I moved to a semi rural are… fortunately there are mom and pops stores that carry virtually every necessity… they may not carry the widest selections and may cost a little more but I’d rather support them then the conglomerates
I haven't bought anything from Best Buy in well over a decade. They lost my business when they decided to treat paying customers like potential thieves.

I shorted BB years ago when I purchased a new laptop and when I got home and opened the box found the screen was cracked. Wouldn’t allow a return of item so I NEVER RETURNED.
I saw a comment on one of the videos talking about this, saying every white person working at Best Buy should apply to that management track program at once, and once they're all rejected they have an EASY class action discrimination lawsuit.
No matter what happens though, Best Buy won't be getting another red cent from me. Granted I didn't shop there much but now its down to zero.
