I've been trying to add a little spritz of cayenne pepper to my lemon water in the morning to help with bp, it's rough for me, that's why I have to start out a little at a time. Can't handle anything spicy, never could. But now that I'm older, the acid reflux kicks my butt. And bloating has never been a problem for me until now also. Trying to heal myself with natural remedies lately, instead of going to the doctor. I don't trust them anymore.
Himalayan salt products are sketchy. If they had accurate representation of how they're typically sourced, it should be called Pakistani roadside gravely dirt salt.
Meanwhile Indians consume several grams of it per day for life
When I lived there (India) I watched them consume several grams of pure Cayenne a day. They just lick it out of the palm of their hand.
