“I will share with you on the unlimited power of child protective services. I served in the Georgia state senate. And after four years of viewing the ruthless and unsparing actions of child protective services I wrote a scathing report entitled The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services. The report cost me my senate seat However there are causes worth losing over, and this is one.” In Nancy’s speeches, she talked about children being removed from their homes for profit due to incentives from the state. In 1997 Bill Clinton passed a bill called the “Adoption and Safe Families Act.” It offers financial incentives from the state that increase adoption numbers. Nancy says “To receive the adoption incentives or bonuses, local cps must have more children, they must have more merchandise to sell. Funding is available when a child is placed in a foster home with strangers, or placed in a mental health facility and medicated usually against the parents wishes. Parents are victimized by the system, that makes a profit for holding children longer and bonuses for not returning children to their parents. This is abuse of power. It is lack of accountability and it is a growing criminal political phenomenon spreading around the globe. Often times, but not always, poor parents are targeted to lose their children. Because they do not have the wherewithal to hire an attorney or to fight the system. Being poor and lacking proper housing does not mean your children should be removed. CPS has redefined poor to mean psychologically inferior, therefore it is in the best interest of the child to be removed. Best interest of course has also been redefined at the child’s expense. It has been reported over and over that six times as many child die in foster care, than in the general public. Once a child is legally kidnapped and placed in official safety the child is far more likely to suffer abuse including sexual molestation and or rape. Case workers, and social workers are often guilty of fraud, they withhold and destroy evidence, and they seek wrongly to terminated parental rights, while being protected by state immunity. There is a huge bureaucracy made up of Judges, court appointed Attorneys, Guardian ad Litems, Social Workers, State Employees, Court Investigators, Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrist, Foster Parents, Adoptive Parents, and on and on who are looking to the children in state care for their job security.”

I am always going to struggle with this debate. Is it preferred that we allow children to languish in the foster system without a timeline for permanency? And I would be curious to know if the average Joe understands the damage inflicted on a child who is bounced from foster home to foster home. Even with the 15/22 timeline, children still suffer as many times their parents manage to meet the minimum requirements JUST before the next court date, starting the clock over again.
I'm a hardcore parental rights advocate. It should be damn-near impossible to terminate parental rights. I'm also the parent of four adopted out of foster care. Watching and waiting as their bio-parents played the "just enough" game repeatedly for YEARS was heartbreaking. For our oldest, adoption couldn't happen until he was an adult.
I would love for someone to list the incentives offered by the ASFA. Perhaps that would be a more persuasive argument for those like me.
In the meantime, the only way to fix the foster care system is to flood it with Christian foster homes and adoptive families. Go, and do.
The only way to fix the foster care system is to drastically reduce the need for it by restoring our country, our education system and our way of life.
The US Government has become a human trafficking operation and the trail leads all the way up to the steps of the White House.
( You are doing God's work. I thank you for it )
I completely agree with you that restoring our country, our educational system, and our way of life is the most permanent fix of the foster care system.
But for today, hundreds of foster children are being placed into homes while their parents attempt to get their crap together. We can complain about the system, or we can work from within it and love these children (and their parents) at the same time.
(And thank you for your kind words. They were needed today.)
YW. The issue is very close to my heart.
I am not complaining about the system, though. I am pointing out the absolute evil of the government's role in profiting from, exploiting, exacerbating child trafficking. We need to both care for the children and tear down the system and arrest and prosecute the criminals.
We have had our differences but we agree on this.
The existence of incentives should be enough to persuade you. I'm not against adoption for children who need it. But I don't know how to fix it.
Obama increased the 'bonus' paid to CPS workers who removed children from parental households, jacking it up to $7500 from $3-4k
Bring back the orphanages. Audit them, keep them transparent and adopt directly.
close the damn border and keep the drugs out, that would help a lot of people keep their own kids.
I've been having suspicions that, while some of the missing kids are trafficked to pedophiles, (some for satanic ritual purposes) - it's also possible that some are vanished into the CIA system for training, experimentation, and future purposes. MK Ultra... super soldiers... elected office... entertainment industry. "Farm" products.
You are correct. 100%
Got to thinking about it because they have ALWAYS been trying to identify mentally/emotionally vulnerable, abused, compromised kids.
There are have lots of groups out there with stated goals of identifying "at risk" children and teens (future shooters being one of their more obvious uses).
Q even talked about this, referring to how the FBI had them "on their radar". New shrink brought in, new drugs administered, shooting occurs, shrink vanishes.

WTF??
No doubt.
I started getting, "red pilled," unknowingly, many years ago, when our sheriff's dept took over the city cops. Turns out, it was part of a plan to clean them up, as, among other things, they were working with the local CPS/DeFaCS, or whatever they called it, then, in a big child prostitution ring. A bunch of them went to jail, things got a lot better, blah blah blah. The thing that stuck out was not that, but how this, which should have been front page news for a whole week (the local papers were more than pamphlets, still), was a couple buried articles in two papers. I knew to pay attention due to knowing people that knew people involved in the sheriff's dept. I heard the state was stonewalling them on some connections with CPS, too. The only way that happens is if the news guys were in on it, too. It's a big club, and we ain't in it.
Anywhere several big interstates converge, you can bet this stuff is going on, sadly.
If you have kids that ever alone at home, teach them to deny entry. Same to babysitters. You never know when you got the short straw drawn on you.
Let me repeat:
We are not on the same playing field here. Bad guys are in the dark and they are backed by the corrupt regime.
Military is the only way.
The same military that refused to defend the Pentagon on 9/11?
You just gave me a thought: If a commercial jet was used to fly into the Pentagon, passengers on the plane would have been able to make phone calls during the last few seconds, wouldn't they? (presumable close enough to ground to get cell coverage) I've not heard of such calls, whereas didn't the other flights supposedly have calls being made, and from higher up? (of course, I don't believe it was a jet that hit the Pentagon)
Ahh very good point
yep, the phrase "let's roll" came from one of the passengers on the flight that crashed in PA. he was on the phone to his wife (i believe) when she heard him say, let's roll, meaning to take on the terrorists.
The regular Military is not going to do a damn thing. They are divided and its not split evenly. They are literally fighting themselves in open conflict and in 5thGen Warfare. Special Ops, Citizen Warriors and Militia will eventually take out the bad guys, with Trumps blessing of course....
many good people were murdered trying to right many wrongs in the government. plus others, i believe his name was Seth Rich.
