The FBI is collecting more than 90,000 DNA samples per month. What are they planning to do with a database that rivals even the CCP?

covid tests and ancestry websites? Medical tests? Lab work?
I've also been skeptical of the U.S. "Recycling" program. We are supposed to recycle plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and paper and what not. Our DNA is all over those items we place into recycling bins.
Damnit man! I never even thought of that!
I know right? Ever since Q's 'protect your dna' post, I'm scared stupid every time I toss something into a recycling bin
Right? I watch enough crime procedurals to know better.
Appropos of nothing, a few years ago I was pulling up my wifi for a friend and someone on the street had added a new one titled, "Totally not an FBI van"
Your name and address isn’t on any recyclable and it’s all hurled in the same truck with hundreds of other peoples stuff. How the hell would they tag a random piece of refuse from a garbage truck to any one individual? That’s ludicrous.
They can’t connect the dna to your name though
Male
Female
Prescriptions
Post menopausal
Pre-post bleeding
A lot can be known with a sample if you are willing to go trillions in debt to do the tests.
I’m referring to throwing stuff into a random recycle bin
Good point. But what about junk mail (paper) with my name on it, that I collect w/ my hands via USPS, and discard in recycling? A plastic bottle of prescribed meds w/ my name on it that goes into recycling. Couldn't they match DNA/prints to that, and then something like a beer can or water bottle with same prints and add'l dna?
(Note: not arguing with you here as your point is 100% valid, just theorizing)
Yeah if they wanted our dna they could easily get it
