My husband said Justin Roiland had a lot of women say the same recently. I don't care for JR much, but he may be a victim of this, especially since he was found innocent the first time against an ex-girlfriend.

You know who these women hurt the most? Real rape victims. Very sad they use this to silence people. All the fake allegations need to be investigated and if fake claims or money was exchanged they need to be prosecuted.

My attorney told me during a divorce that he wasn't surprised that my ex was told to make up similar accusations. It sounded like a pretty standard practice to try & get kids away from men.
When I asked him why we couldn't go after her for perjury, he told me no lawyer would take the case because it would hurt women who really were hurt & no judge would hear the case.
Maybe they can define a woman since justices cannot.
This shift in cultural ethics I have seen since I was a kid. When I was a kid our culture was the kid saying such things as being molested and such was not to be heard. This applied to both boys and girls.
I was a kid in the 80’s and I was in a group of other kids both boys and girls at school who used to have weekly meetings.
As the years progressed this culture shift went to what we see now.
It is almost like when I was a kid if a kid claimed such and instead of listening to the kid the police and adults would claim it is a false police report and the accuser would be in trouble for generating a false police report.
This is why we still hold on to that value of adults who do such will meet their demise in prison and such…
However I don’t believe that to be as true as it used to be. What we see now is the inversion. If a person files a fake police report it is on the person be accused to prove they are not guilty.
Both ways of this BS doesn’t help the real victims. Both ways used victims as garbage.

So vile! Because in most Euro-Americanized Nations, women whom claim rape without it actually occurring, are given the automatic media and financial green light to destroy the accused publically, before court to prove it did or did not take place! It’s awful Period! And no man mentally, physically, socially, or financially gets to come back from this once proven innocent for years.
Locally it is so frustrating to college age guys. A girlfriend ends up not controlling their 'whoremones' & sleeps with the guy (both should be better about waiting until married IMO & also fell into this problem accepting worldly standards in my youth). The girl claims rape, so they are morally clear of any wrong doing, and perceived Christian values remain in tact for her.
Individuals may participate/attend a temple marriage & sealing ceremony in the predominant church here if they are secually active outside of marriage. Girls feel a real pressure to be able to still attend temples & frequently lie about being pressured into rape when they go along with it willing & feel bad about the choice the next day. This is a known issue within police departments & they often cast the baby out with the bath water, from what friends in local law enforcement tell me.
It is especially difficult for those who have really been raped since so many now are frustrated with women of college age that claim rape.
We simply need honesty/truth above all else as a culture to be able to tackle these types of problems. Hopefully that comes with this great awakening.
