Just Great! Another office in the Federal Government which is not specifically mentioned in the Constitution. If the House funds this office, then we all need to vote against everyone who voted for it, even if he/she is a hard core Conservative who we all think is the next Messiah. I'm tired of voting for anybody who does not consistentally vote conservative.
At this point all of Congress can go to Hell whatever they vote for.
If it is being paid for, whether abortions or wars or tyranny it is coming out of the pockets of we the people and given to the demons by our "representatives".
All of the filth and blood, turning our own children against God and their own parents and families, wars, boondoggles, waste, grift, giveaways, billions to the people invading our very soil...none of it would be happening if Congress didn't pony up OUR cash for it.

It's the carrot or the stick tactic. The carrot is the private seller making the private purchaser take a background check. The stick is the ATF up the private seller's ass making him prove is innocence.

More people joining in to violate 18 U.S.C. § 242 This provision makes it a crime for someone acting under color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. Of course we know Obummer is behind these decisions.
Sounds pretty infringing. Be ungovernable. The second amendment was designed specifically for the defense of this type of tyranny.
