Many thought she would take Feinstein's seat...maybe she still will somewhere down the line. But what if they have bigger plans for her? If you don't have to be a member of Congress to be nominated, is it possible? She'd have the democrat vote for sure and there are enough RINO's who hate Trump who might vote for her too...

You're not wrong - Speaker nomination does not even have to be a member of Congress or member of the majority party - they just need a majority vote of the house to win the job.
They don’t, but it would take 5 Republicans and all Democrats to vote for “It”, and that would be really, really bad.

I don't believe the public will go for that. Secondly Mike's ousting the day before the national EAS test is mighty eye brow raising if ya ask me. Almost as if it was planned..... would be nice to hear about arrests tomorrow, but alas one can only hope at this point. Trump should be speaker, then when Biden and Kamala get impeached and ousted Trump is president pro tempor.
Mike is a multimillionaire enjoying travel, yachts, fine food and leisure. He doesn't love America. Why would he run for anything? Only to save himself from prosecution. But that no longer works. If you're Republican.

Pelosi aware that Speaker would be removed? Her own "back-up" plan after she was out of office? Counter was to remove Feinstein?
The person selected doesn't even have to be in Congress. They could nominate Big Mike, but there is a lot of baggage there, and anyone voting to confirm him would have just outed themselves to the world as a cabal puppet.
