Same here. Not perfect but did beat back a very long time of congestion greatly, with 3 months of high dose vite c (like 6000 mg at least) and 15000iu of D3 daily. And I did three cycles of 5days iver and zinc, over 3 mo. I still have the most stubborn sinus discomfort tho. "Real" or "fake"... i feel like the dinked with crap they released was an actual bioweapon. I feel poisoned.
I used to drop Oregano essential oil into a concoction I used to take to keep colds at bay. Just one or two drops. It was "hot" tho (needed to be cut with something like coconut oil because how strong it is) and I could literally feel it in my toes after taking some.
Now I just buy the Oil of Oregano Capsules. Easier to take, easier to know the dosage, easier to give to friends. I don't know how many bottles I have given to friends and neighbors. Cost about $10 a bottle and last a long time, since it usually takes only 1 or 2 doses.

If still stubborn, try Oil of Oregano tablets, a natural antibiotic. It's my go-to for sinus infections.
Fuk yes. Oregano oil … get the good stuff. Also add NAC.
Black seed oil will do you good, too.
Do you buy them or are you putting drops of oil into gelcaps yourself ? If so, how many drops?

I have little exposure to vaxxies. And yeah, I feel like there is something environmental keeping me down.
Saline nasal spray does a great job helping sinus crap.
