This woman is a crisis actor and has been used in many other media bits. There was a video on YT that exposed this (which was, of course, removed). If you can find the longer version of it, she has her head down and peeks up, and the CNN coach is telling her "not yet" or something.
I also remember seeing media stage small groups of people by squeezing them together, and then zooming the camera in to make crowds look huge. Always propaganda with the media. AOC at the border? Moms "running for their lives dragging kids" at the border? All staged.

There is video of David Hogg being coached as well, blowing his lines, etc. "It's okay, you're doing fine." So much of our news is scripted.
