They do. Growing up, that same rail line, I would see up to about 20 at a time on that track. I don't recall so many at once. Though it is likely an order from a manufacturer to a base somewhere east of Utah.

Seeing from Las Vegas to Colorado to Utah and now in Wyoming. Maybe it is the same train but sure lots of it.

Ever since I was a kid (and that was quite some time ago, frens), the principle means of heavy military equipment like this was by rail. And that includes shipping from manufacturers' facilities to military facilities. I cannot recall how many such rail shipments I have seen in my lifetime, because I grew up in a home next to a railroad and saw these things all the time.
All these tanks and personnel carriers look brand new, not a blemish on them. So I think these are being shipped from manufacturing contractors to the military as the main possibility.
Sure, there might be something going on that we don't know about, but don't overlook the possibility that they are just new items being shipped.
Colorado doe's have 6 military bases so I'm not too alarmed quite yet....

There are multiple welders up in Ogden Utah, which is a major train hub. Could be they were built there & were shipped down to/through Colorado.
It isn't uncommon to see them go through SLC, past Spanish Fork into the canyon. I have never seen so many at once, though it could simply be a large order for a base East of Utah County

I haven't seen that amount ever IIRC, though have seen up to about 20 at one time over the years. I figured that they were moving vehicles between bases.
If the Utah video has the same vehicle count/formation as the following Colorado video, then this is the same train.

Every year, same time frame. Like clockwork, these training events stir up tons of hysteria because theyre so large and use freight trains to get all the equipment where it needs to go.
Start tracking, you'll see. Military very rarely changes mass training events like this no matter the branch.
Caveat: there are odd times, not every year, when the army and marines send a freight full of tanks and whatnot to repair/decommissioning depots.
