They get a quarter teaspoon each. They are both females around 8-9 lbs. I read that large cats, 13lbs or more, can get a full teaspoon. You just want to make sure it is mixed good with their food as the dust can cause lung issues if they breathe it in.
I never researched if humans can consume it. It does say 'food grade' on the bag.

Our kitties get Ivermectin 2x a year and Diatomaceous Earth daily. Same goes for our chickens.
Humans get a single dose of Ivermectin every 90 days, unless signs of sickness are showing which is treated accordingly.

I put a 1/4th teaspoon in my water bottle from time to time to drink through out the day.
