They get a quarter teaspoon each. They are both females around 8-9 lbs. I read that large cats, 13lbs or more, can get a full teaspoon. You just want to make sure it is mixed good with their food as the dust can cause lung issues if they breathe it in.
I never researched if humans can consume it. It does say 'food grade' on the bag.
Our kitties get Ivermectin 2x a year and Diatomaceous Earth daily. Same goes for our chickens.
Humans get a single dose of Ivermectin every 90 days, unless signs of sickness are showing which is treated accordingly.
Interesting point regarding schizophrenia, scare these folks right into an ER and put them on a death-vent.
How much DE do you give the cats? And can humans take it too?
Yea you can eat it. I think it's pulverized fossilized material
diatomaceous = diatoms, they're tiny fossilized/crystalized algaes n' stuff

Yes, humans can (and should) consume food grade DE.
It is also an absolute winner at killing insects. The crystals get between their moving parts’ armor and rip the insects apart. Ants, roaches, etc.
Wonderful for fleas
I put a 1/4th teaspoon in my water bottle from time to time to drink through out the day.
Thanks!
Thanks for the info, helpful. I’ve got DE, and keep forgetting about it.
The truth would put %99 of people in the hospital.
We’re all infested with worms.
