Research wanted on this Vincent Kennedy tweet. Trump repeated "tippy top" in his speech just now. Maybe something could be coded in the tweet in question. Cool follow btw @VincentCrypt46

Tippy top again! Wonder why?
Iām at week 3 on carnivore. Not feeling much different but I was very low carb 6 months. They claim it resets the immune system as well as fasting.
Carbs are sure as hell cheaper than meat though. 3 med ribeyes=$32.
Cures exist! A lot of people healing some serious issues with carnivore.
Interesting facts coming out about cholesterol and statins and more lies.
Exactly. I've done the intermittent fasting thing for the same reasons. And I have noticed better brain function. Of course that may be from the statin I stopped taking a few months ago when I started reading the truth about cholesterol. I told my husband to stop taking his too.
Do you have a link? I have been hearing rumblings on this. I am on a statin prescription, I often forget to take because I have never needed any medications.
I don't have a specific link, but I'd definitely research it. I've just seen pieces here and there for the last 6 months that made me want to stop. Specifically because I've been seeing there is no "good" or "bad" cholesterol and that your brain needs cholesterol. Now this may be a huge coincidence but just today I was talking to my bestie & suddenly remembered things that happened when I was 10 that led to bigger events down the road and it all just clicked into place today. It was very weird.

No veggies?
Certain veggies not all
Thanks. Anyone in particular (or a site) you follow for this? I've been thinking about doing it.
If you're on Instagram then @ drjamesdinic posts great info. I'm not sure if he's on any other social media sites.
Thanks!
In March I switched to high protein / low carb, and also to one (big) meal a day (mid-day). Within four months I lost 48 pounds (240 to 192), pants size from 38" waist to 30" and shirts from XL to M.
I eat meats, eggs (usually 6 most days), veggies, fruit, greek yogurt, an avocado most days, etc. My only sugar weakness is dark chocolate chips that I usually mix into my yogurt.
Surprisingly, once my body adapted (after about two months) I no longer was hungry at night (the first two months took a lot of willpower) and I'm not missing breads/grains, fried foods, sweets, processed crap, etc.
EVERYTHING is so much better. No more acid-reflux. No more high blood pressure. Great sleep. Life-long sinus issues magically disappeared for whatever reason. Muscles that were previously large but buried under a layer of flab are now large but very defined. State of mind has become more positive. Women look at me and smile drastically more than ever before. Clothes shopping used to be depressing because nothing looked good on, and now everything looks great. A certain body part gained an inch (because surrounding body shrunk back).
Best thing I ever did, and anyone can do if they can manage to survive the first couple of months which is, admittedly, pretty tough. After that it started to become so much easier, and now, after seven months, it's just my normal way of life.
Food can either be medicine or poison, the choice is yours.
I saw that! On VK page almost all day, every day. Lots of comms and also Kim Runner.
This is a pretty big drop by Q+
Tippy top as a numeric string is: 20,9,16,16,25,20,15,16
When you take the inverse of that (think mirror) you get: 6, 17, 10, 10, 1, 6, 11, 10
Those numbers add up to: 71
Remember - think mirror: that gives you 17. Message received Mr. President!
Edit: Picture a graphic here with a bunch of lines and arrows and stuff.
