So, evidently Justice Clarence Thomas has agreed to hear a case filled in the 11th district that covers Geogia and northern Florida. An emergency writ of mandamus on fraudulent elections in Florida in both 2020 and 2022 was accepted to be heard by the supreme court.
Could you imagine this hopium filled scenario? DJT gets speakership and the supreme declares 2020 and 2022 elections invalid.
Maybe Justice Thomas is just sick of seeing good lawyers taking plea deals in Fulton County Georgia's corrupt democrat machine and has said, enough!

I had the same thought. Early when bringing this up with a non-digital world earthling. We had the same query, I said MSM will keep it swept under for as long as they can but if it is legit, look for gatewaypundit or Bannon to start spittin it. The case file seems legit though.

He hasn’t agreed to hear anything; that’s not the way the process works.
They have two weeks to correct the writ to an acceptable form for the court. Not too sure what happens after that.
Then the court votes on whether to hear the case or not. Spoiler alert: they won’t.

This hasn’t gotten anywhere near the Supreme Court yet, Thomas isn’t going to be deciding this case, his name only comes up because he is the supervising justice for the 11th Circuit which will eventually rule on this petition, and ”accepted” just means that the proper forms have been filled out. (And as of a day or so ago it hadn’t even gotten that far because the filing violated the page limit, that’s easily fixed).
I haven’t…. Filed pro se is a pretty good hint.
