I see it as well but some of this most of it we’ve all known for a while. I bet we will all have people calling us when the shtf bc we dropped seeds into their minds and they will start growing too big not to talk about. Should be interesting.
Would every individual responsible for screening people and staff entering the White House also be compromised? They would have to allow Meadows to pass wearing the wire.
Would the people responsible for screening staff entering a SCIF also be compromised? They would have to allow Meadows to pass wearing the wire.
Are the White House electronic spying countermeasures so poor someone can be wearing a wire without detection?
Are the NSA and Military Intelligence operators incapable of identifying this and putting an end to it?
Meadows might not be trustworthy, but there are just too many layers of communication security that would have to be compromised for this to happen.
I think I agree but could there be just enough compromised? What if he wore a wireless super spy cam that broadcast the signal somewhere else? They would have signal detection right? Or a button microphone who would notice? If he did something really wrong and they had it taped I would expect bigger charges. I’m sure he’s squeaky clean. Legally his life has been a mess at times like all of us.
Who is Ryan Fournier and how would "multiple members of Congress" know? I seem to recall several months ago that "Mark Meadows" flipped and got immunity. . At that time he denied this was true. I believe the story of him wearing a wire was also reported then too. The story withered on the vine.
IMHO, this is just a rehashing of false information like the last time.
I highly doubt this story. For a lot of reasons, but let's say the FBI did this above board, an assumption, I know, but if it wasn't above board, I think Meadows or his lawyer wouldn't go through with it.
There is a long standing DOJ Office of Legal Counsel memo going back to Watergate days that says a sitting president can't be indicted.
In 1973, the Department concluded that the indictment or criminal prosecution
of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions. We have been asked to summarize and review the analysis provided in support of that conclusion, and
to consider whether any subsequent developments in the law lead us today to
reconsider and modify or disavow that determination.1 We believe that the conclusion reached by the Department in 1973 still represents the best interpretation of the Constitution.
That seems like a very big obstacle to this. Is this the sort of thing I judge would be needed to sign off on? That seems like a very big ask.
Could Meadows have made recordings on his own? I don't know if doing that with the President or in the White House is legal, but in general DC is one-party consent....meaning it's legal to record your own conversations with anyone because you yourself "consent' to the recording.
DC Wiretapping Law
The District of Columbia's wiretapping law is a "one-party consent" law. DC makes it a crime to record a phone call or conversation unless one party to the conversation consents.
prbly true but im going to wait until the only source isnt some guy on twitter saying "members of congress". CNN tier "experts close to" reporting.
"Sources say"
I never trusted him.
It was clear when Trymp had covid and Meadows talked to reporters off the record telling them he was really much worse than he was saying.
Another traitor exposed.
They go all out to try and get Trump but look the other way when the rest of them are fucking kids in the White House.
If this is true, the FBI is done for.
They should have been done for several times over. They're still kickin.
They're the Deep State's enforcement arm on the rest of us. No way they're giving that up without a REAL fight.
Step by step and brick by brick we will win. I can see stuff like this coming out is accelerating.....

He’s a 🐀🐀
Would Meadows agree to do that? Possibly.

If true, it will be very hard for him to walk the streets.
Meadows attorney says not true Meadows will flip on ABC

Exactly.
How exactly would congress folks find out? Meadows would go around casually mentioning it?
and they would just do nothing with this information?
I doubt true, but honestly would not surprise me. Would explain a lot actually.
Sickening
