So, Yes & No. Raccoon eyes and battle signs behind the ears are indication of skull fracture. She was more likely beaten with a bat than "anally raped". It fits the bill for infants due to the anatomical size. Sure it could've happened. But lets not assume every case of racoon eyes was due to someone being "anally raped".
Nevertheless, the perp should have been executed the FIRST time AND whoever's responsible for releasing him should be executed. ⚖️

I think that was very brave of that woman to show her injuries like that, to show people that the evil is very real in this world. If I were in that position, I would hope to have the courage to do that too

The first incident occurred in 2014 in Adams County. The second was three years later in 2017 in Stark County.
The third time was again in Stark County in 2019, less than four months after he was released from prison for the second incident. This time, he was accused of abducting a woman, beating her and holding her against her will for several days until she escaped, the Canton Repository reported.”
I'm amazed by the number of rescues, indictments, prosecutions, and convictions that have occurred since Trump "left" office.
