If this 'stay' becomes the final ruling, which appears to the case, then what remedy is there for all those harmed by such an unconstitutional rule that may have harmed so many people and businesses?
Shouldn't those people in government that over ceded their authority be held accountable?
I am seeing red whenever there's no remedy for damages and penalties for abuses of power. Counter suits are in order.
It's not the final ruling. It was remanded, or sent back, to the lower court for final ruling. The judge who issued the stay (the stay that was appealed, heard by this judge and rejected) will now get to issue his final ruling. If other portions of his ruling get appealed, this same judge who ruled on the appeal of the stay, will likely hear those appeals too.
Pretty sure also that this doesn't address garbage that individual states are doing, such as WA and CA.
No, but they are all getting overrule it seems.
ATF - 0 Constitution - 1
ATF doesn't have a great record in court.
The ATF is exactly as Constitutional as an Agency to regulate Free Speech would be.
"Shall not be infringed" seems to mean two different things to Patriots and Bureaucrats

Hopefully this summer in the supreme court. Garland v. Cargill

Good point. Too many forget about what Trump did to the 2A with that nonsense.
