I went to a new doctor last week for a hand issue, and when the nurse left the room, my medical chart was left open on the computer screen. There, in a 2 inch by 1 inch block in the top, right corner in large, bold letters, it said PATIENT REFUSED. I always figured my refusal of the jab was displayed somewhere because I could always tell the doctor’s reaction to me. But the size of this literally screamed to any doctor that I had not complied. I almost felt violated with the size emphasis to make sure no medical person ever misses that I bucked their order. It fully taints any trust or relationship I have or could have with that medical person.

Like everyone here says. Get your colonoscopy. The only thing bad is the fasting so get the first appointment in the morning
There is a poop test that can be done now that substitutes for colonoscopy. Not quite as good as a colonoscopy but much cheaper and much less trouble.
When I did mine at 50 they found polyps, and my Dr said I dodged a bullet on them. I got to watch the procedure on the big TV as they did it too. That was interesting
Polyps are almost always benign
"almost"
My last and so far only one a couple years ago required me to be asleep. Not sure I want to be awake while the doc rapes me with the camera..
You watched? They give me that Michael Jackson drug and it's lights out for the whole thing. I think I'd prefer to be asleep while they're rooting around in that area.
Colonoscopies are beneficial, but best to keep your gut healthy. I recommend fiber supplements of your choice, no matter how many leafy greens and fiber rich foods you eat. Todays American diet is horrible for our guts.
Carnivore or keto is also an option, no leafy greens or fiber needed.
Depending on the fiber or leafy greens, it can actually yield uncomfortable results early on with keto no less. During my initial jump down the keto rabbit hole, there were some horror stories about people being unable to go to the bathroom on keto: it was because their keto diet didn't have enough fats, and they were doing it "vegetarian".
Right - it’s the combo of carbs and bad oils that coats the intestinal lining.
YASSSSSS!!!!
What supplement do you recommend?
I use Kirkland pysillium capsules. I don’t like the kind you mix with water - it’s a feel thing in my mouth, not the taste. But, be sure to drink lots of water when you take the capsules or you could end up with a big clog up instead of nice soft serve chocolate ice cream :-/
Everyone is not saying that.
