There could be a rational explanation. Often messages need to be repeated with different people, especially during emergencies. Schumer is a Dem senator. Pelosi gets on the phone with Pence and he shares the info with the two.
Let's say Grassley, a Republican senator, shows up in the room. "What was that?" The message gets repeated.
This is a reasonable counter-explanation to the post.
It's been interesting to experience putting out a disinformation brushfire. It really isn't that hard when the facts are on your side.
I monitor for frens that have misinterpreted the info, send them a direct link that readily debunks it, and it's out. Someone stumbles in from Twitter or Truth again with the same incorrect info, send the link, the fire is out. Most will have the sense to update their follow list as a result, and be frostier in the future.
And the cost to spin up this sort of rumor has to be pretty substantial. It requires nurturing the shill accounts with credibility, and once the shill is identified its history of work is spoiled.

The question is which one is doctored and why? It could even be both. But, the CNN clip appears to have Pence dubbed over whatever Pelosi is saying. She is definitely talking and gesturing to match in the CNN clip, but all we hear is Pence.
