Pizzagate at it's heart is about children being trafficked for sex. It is widely known this ugly reality occurs in the world, regardless of what name you want to assign to it. Imagine loudly and proudly being offended by the people who are against child sex trafficking and announcing this stance on your social media for virtue signaling purposes.
