Agreed. Unfortunately scientists "prove" what they need to in order to get grants and other forms of compensation from governments, big corporations and special interests. Also, if they do a good job they are elevated to "expert status" within the 'party of false decorum.' We don't know what real science is since most of what is published in "official journals" is less than 30% replicated, and that is the figure reported by the "experts".
