Gee, almost like Congress should pass a law demanding that they should be mandated to be forthcoming and explicitly remove that argument.
As far as I know, there is also no strictly Constitutional requirement to withholding that information.

When the DOJ indicts anyone in the Biden Administration or family, there is a reason you AIN'T understanding.
Noted , they finally filed tax charges against Hunter, charges they could have filed one, two, even three years ago, and which they also tried to eliminate in a failed plea deal only a few months ago. And the same prosecutor (David Weiss) has been in charge of this case the entire time. What a series of incredibly questionable actions.
I hear all the conservative talking heads, even on Fk news , are saying “about time” but, they are totally missing what’s really going on here.
This was filed now because ( you watch) with this criminal filing, Hunter can now legitimately plead the Fifth and avoid having to testify in closed session before Congress.
And I’m concerned all of this could be part of a continuing and more devious plan.
The prosecutors can now play the “we treat everyone equally” card, and then drag this out, in whatever way is needed, so Congress can never get to Hunter until after the election. And then before Biden leaves office he can simply pardon Hunter and even himself. This is their plan , but NCSWIC they will hang !
