So you can get a fair picture of what the real problems are.
A lot of crime is also from repeated offenders.
Also. A lot of crime like human sex trafficking of raping and killing kids do not show up on the stats.
And whites who do crime. Tend to do things like hide the bodies which changes the reporting from murder to missing person.
