Makes me wonder if some citizens within their own counties should go down to the county seat and see if the voter rolls are being done correctly. I wouldn't know how to do that, but it's just a thought for pedes to consider.
I have a tangential question. If a US Citizen resides in, say, Buffalo, NY, for half the year and FL in the other half during the cold months, owns property in both states, does that person get to vote in both states at all 3 levels of government?
Are you asking if it's legal to do so or if it happens?
Is it legal? No. You're supposed to vote at the state/city you're a resident of and you're only a resident of one. You get to choose which one in your example above but it should be only one.
Practically? It can happen as long as you have two addresses that you have access too, and the bills/real estate tax receipts/state IDs to do so.
Thanks, I did mean legally... Obviously all kinds of stuff happens illegally. I'm not surprised it's illegal at the federal level of voting, but to clarify, is it also illegal to vote for 2 state and 2 local government elections if you own property in 2 and divide your time between them?
Now do all the states.
He is. Has been. This guy is a warrior. https://truthsocial.com/@TomFitton
Come on for Illinois! We would be a red state if not for Chicago and Springfield!

DC will always be blue.
About time!
DC will always be blue.
Now add up the new totals and revise the election numbers...
Miss that guy's posts on T_D.
"We do the HEAVY lifting and get voter rolls cleaned up" with a shot of his glorious back in a polo.
Pa needs to be on that list.
Washington state please!

Most likely but it might be up to local laws.
A simpler way to think about it is that you are eligible to vote at the same place that you claim a homestead exemption. I.e. where your 'home' is.
You can't legally claim 2 homestead exemptions.
