Beef liver capsules are probably helping with some B vitamins but will actually supercharge the carotenoids and spend down your B vitamins dealing with that mess. It will feel reasonably good because it feels horrible when excess carotenoids get detoxed but it’s not healthy.
Im not sure most ppl actually read the label so to speak. If they do and still feel they need tjat much caffine then its an addiction. The bigger question is why does panera bread feel they need to throw that much caffine into a drink?
