Yes, Sadness. This is perhaps the saddest of all. That of course we want people to be fed and warm and safe. But, the problem is these people are here illegally. They are coming to your door. At this point people don't feel safe. That's the wake up call. That's the times we're in.
One should try and help people on the street, in 'normal' circumstances. Usually by buying some food for them - their life is miserable enough. But what do, when there is a flood of them, knocking on one's door?
Yes. Exactly. I believe we are in such different times that we almost must suspend our normal, charitable nature to put a wrong to right. Sometimes those choices are tough. But, it must be done.
I might be inclined to say that giving the perception of being unarmed as you open the door is probably the safest bet because who knows if someone is going to throw a fit and accuse you of brandishing, even if you're just carrying in a hip holster in your own home.
Clearly the age old paranoia of "one hand behind the door, gun in hand" is the way to go!
I'm pretty sure there were illegals renting the house behind us for about 2 months. Several times they came to our front door saying (in Spanish) they'd kicked their soccer ball into our backyard. Young adults & adult males. Sometimes 1-2 would be at the door & 2-3 in a car on the street. They always wanted to look in our backyard. No way! I saw right through what they were doing. Made me very uncomfortable. Oh, their ball was never in our backyard nor did I see them playing soccer in the teeny tiny yard.
I don't know what happened but they had moved after 2 months, I was so relieved. This is in Utah, a mixed middle class neighborhood.
Fuck that, they can walk bare footed. No more free anything. I say we drop them off at the Mexican border and then they can see if Soros picks them up.
They made it to the border somehow - I agree. They can be placed back at the border, facing south, and get themselves home the same way they got to the border. Not my problem
Considering the violence in NYC, I'm surprised that a full on gang war hasn't yet broken out between the current population and the invading population.
Oh of course, I'm just having flashbacks to when BLMites were calling in false reports to police to ambush them. If they'll do that, surely some illegal is going to do something they don't like and it's going to spark something off over there.
This is the only way to get liberals to wake up a bit. As long as they are cozy in their homes watching "The View," they will be pro migrants.
Pretty sure it's a given that the people of New York are gonna say "enough is freaking enough!"
Really unbelievable. So inhumane. This is what happens under a leftist policy. It's never to really help people. It only makes people more miserable.
The mayor is screaming about he can't afford these illegal immigrants.
You never hear him say close the border do you?
Nope. The minute he did he was charged with money fraud.
So, NYC allows them to live in tents, in winter, but does not feed them?
What could possibly go wrong?
Eeejits.
Right!? Supposedly this is "compassion" the leftist way.
I imagine they want the disruption.
Also I am reminded of these lyrics:
Good King Wenceslas looked out
On the Feast of Stephen
When the snow lay round about
Deep and crisp and even
Brightly shone the moon that night
Though the frost was cruel
When a poor man came in sight
Gathering winter fuel
Hither, page, and stand by me,
If thou knowst it, telling
Yonder peasant, who is he?
Where and what his dwelling?
Sire, he lives a good league hence,
Underneath the mountain
Right against the forest fence
By Saint Agnes fountain.
Bring me flesh and bring me wine
Bring me pine logs hither
Thou and I shall see him dine
When we bear them thither.

Yes I agree to all of that.

Yup, and learning that people answer the door unarmed.
Desperate people will kill you to get what they need, don't answer the door.

Yikes! Plus, soon we'll look like a third world country with tons of people begging on city streets, most who don't even speak English.
Get them on a plane home today

Genius. Ill be generous and say if they worked building the wall, they can earn a ticket home.
Lol - ok you win. As long as they go home
My plan developed years ago:
Chain gang ‘em to the border licking trash to earn their daily bread and water.
Work ‘em building the wall.
Finish with them on the south side.
Yesterday!
Send them all to Davis Switzerland. Also leave pallets of bricks at the airports.
Asylum from what? Political persecution? Religious persecution? Exactly what sort of persecution are they fleeing?
Exactly let’s call it what it is , criminals that invaded America , they are here illegally!
All of the above and none of the above.
Next thing you know you're going to hear about them going door to door robbing and raping
Unfortunately, if this is what it takes to wake people up......
Sure am glad I live rural
Considering the violence in NYC, I'm surprised that a full on gang war hasn't yet broken out between the current population and the invading population.
Let's hope it doesn't get to that.

Wtf!! Hopefully this will red pill New York city. Hopefully this doesn't have to escalate to wake the people up.
Um...no.
Good post, just call them by the proper name, illegal aliens.
