I have to give it to this Fake News outlet. The Title does not reflect the contents but their hopes.
They even quote Trump from an earlier case regarding Presidential immunity. The irony is totally lost on them.
But .... clearly, Scumbag Andrew is closely following the case, and it would not surprise me if, given the outlandish base of Smiths claims, he is behind it.

If Trump is not immune from being prosecuted for events that occurred while in office, then no current or previous president is either. He can't be immune.

Indeed. But the founding fathers deliberated on the question of presidential immunity, and chose immunity. Why? Because without that level of immunity, then it would be possible for any and all exiting presidents to be charged and legally attacked by following administrations on political grounds, opening the way for a banana republic.

They don't get immunity for treason. Trump didn't commit treason.
I agree that he can’t be immune. This way he can go back and arrest all the past thugs that were presidents and hold them accountable!
