Escalating the threat: Representative Jamie Raskin said on CNN’s “State of the Union” he believed Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas “absolutely should recuse himself” from decisions on President Donald Trump’s ballot access case, adding, “the question is, what do we do if he doesn't?"

Veiled threats. Why would he recuse himself?
First of all, Trump's obviously a racist and last I checked Clarence Thomas is black.
Second of all, Trump did not appoint him anyway. Why would they be saying that about Clarence but not other appointees?
None of the Democrat-Progressive communist judges or investigators EVER and I mean NEVER recuse themselves! We need to stop being so gullible. Our appointed judges may think they are being virtuous, but the left simply thinks their saps or they’ve been compromised! Justice Thomas will make his decision. He is after all a legitimately appointed & Senate approved Supreme Court Judge.
If that Dem Judge whose wife is on twitter posting anti Trump tweets all day is ok not to recuse himself and that other judge/DA who ran on a platform of GETTING Trump dont need to recuse, then why should homeboy?
Let’s not forget the Judge Sullivan who persecuted Gen. Flynn.

Jamie Raskin, of course your a Democrat. I can tell, you’re telling a Black man what to do. You’re telling a Black man how to think. Of course you’re a Democrat, you threaten a Black man if he does not do what he is told to do. Of coarse your Democrat, telling a Black man he can’t think for himself and that he is ignorant. Jamie Raskin, this 2023 not 1864. Passed by Congress on January 31, 1865, and ratified on December 6, 1865, the 13th Amendment abolished slavery in the United States.
Isn't the 14th amendment the one that freed the slaves?
No:
https://www.thoughtco.com/us-constitution-14th-amendment-summary-105382
The 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.*********. *******
The 14th Amendment, which was ratified after the Civil War, says US officials who take an oath to uphold the Constitution are disqualified from holding future office if they “engaged in insurrection” or have “given aid or comfort” to insurrectionists.
According to Buyden, if you don’t vote for him, you ain’t black. 🤔 Perhaps the democrats have successfully canceled Justice Thomas’ black card—thus making him a white privileged deplorable. (Cue screeching)
To get Thomas murdered. Clarence is the longest sitting uncompromised judge there.
