They are going to use the cold temps as cover for artificially inflating Haley's numbers. We'll hear that Trump supporters just didn't want to brave the elements and it's a sign that his support is dropping.

If they do anything to get her even close to Trump it will require blatantly obvious election shenanigans that would make 2020 look tame. Plus they'd have to boost the other candidates otherwise her being the only one to spike would be even more suspicious.
Normie Republicans need a wake up call as to just how rotten the party core has become and this sort of thing might be it. I don't think for a second it will stop Trump though.
