Yea, we know how that game works. It's an election year. When a constituent points out their open borders voting pattern they can say, "But look, I took a huge change and condemned Biden's open borders policy."
They all get together in a back room, and figure out which dems need some face saving to get elected, and then say, "Okay, you 14 can make this move without it really affecting anything, so you look strong."
The election rhetoric will probably focus on abortion again. That is what happened in the governor, and state supreme court races in Wisconsin. None of the ads focused on the economy or border issues. About 99% of the ads were about abortion or so-called protecting women's reproductive rights. One or two ads talked about gerrymandering. Now, they are messing up the voting districts. So the whole state can be blue.
I seriously think there are politcians that are simply asleep. U know most of them aren't very smart, and definitely group thinkers......hopefully this is a sign that there are some good people in our government and they are beginning to wake up. I know it's a long shot, but never know. It's not called the great awakening for nothing!
They get bought early. They come into Congress and people show them around. Give them a little taste of insider trading. Life gets easier and nobody is getting hurt if I make a little side money with a good tip or two. Get a little taste and you want more. Greed breeds more greed and soon you are hip deep in criminal activity.
Even if their blackmail isnt pedo related they get them all with financial crimes.
Unfortunately, their only interest is in re-election. What might mean something (although also just a move to improve re-election) is for some of them to come out and say something on the order of "I have been a life-long Democrat and believed the policies of the Democratic party were what were best for the country, however, I have seen the party drift too far left over the past few years (it's been more than a few, but they would need to say "few", so not to look like complete hypocrites) and believe that the policies of the current Republican party are what are best for our country, and therefore, I am leaving the Democratic party to become a _________ (Republican or Independent).
