If the government does not, the Constitution, by virtue of the named part herein, AUTHORIZES the Free Citizens(s) to defend themselves and their state in place of the TREASONOUS GOVERNMENT.

That’s correct. The sole purpose of the gov’t is to secure the people’s rights. The state of Texas is as sovereign as the nation of Hungary, France or Poland. That’s what it means to be a Republic! The Constitution is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. Any law or order must be pursuant to the Constitution or it is null and void. Even SCOTUS is subordinate to Texas.

A Revolution is defined as:

This is a revolution. It is the people throwing off the chains placed by an illegal government whose powers stem from fraud, subterfuge and coercion, whose desire is to enrich themselves at the Peoples expense, to form a new government responsive to the interests of the People instead of their own.
What it is not is competing ideological factions, each containing a substantial percentage of the population, fighting for supremacy.

The Executive Branch is not enforcing the law for immigration as it is required to do.
