I've had seats at the half dozen rallies I've attended. Be there when the parking opens up. Bring a cooler with food and drinks for while you wait in line. Also bring folding chairs in a bag ($5 at Walmart) so you can sit in line. You will leave the cooler and chairs at the fence before going through security and will be able to pick them up on the way out.
Highly likely you will end up outside like over 10,000 did at the Conway rally at CCU. I was inside and it only held 2800. Outside they had big screens and Trump addressed the outdoor crowd before speaking inside.
So I can’t get to the event in time to park at 9a and stand in line like we were planning and can’t get there til 1p. So here’s my strategy: I’m going to bring $200 cash and ask someone if they would let us in front of them in exchange of the money. Hopefully a patriot or two will be happy to oblige 🤞
At the rally I attended, the hours were the same as you listed. When I arrived at 4:30 a.m., I was among the first dozen people there. As 1:00 approached, a separate long line of people were let in before the group (of many thousands) I was in line with. Come to find out, they had each paid $100 for "preferred" seating. These were the folks who you see directly behind President Trump with signs.
If I were to do it again, I'd pay the $100 and sleep a bit later.
I've been to three of President Trump's rallies. Get there early. Dress appropriately for the temperature. Be prepared to stand for a long time. Take water and snacks. Chat with the people in the line. I have met multiple people that I'm still in touch with at rallies. The crowd is great. It's always awesome seeing President Trump's plane coming in to land. And awesome to watch him leave on it too.
Know this: even if you're uncomfortable part of the time, it is SO worth it. I have loved every minute of the rallies I've been at. Enjoy! Take pics and videos. This will be something you'll always be glad you did. God bless you and yours, fren. Send up cheers for you GA.win frens who can't be there with you! MAGA!
We went to a rally in Rochester, NH. It was cold outside!! We jumped in line about an hour before the doors opened. We almost didn't get in!!!! This was our first one. Can't say what it will be like for you, but don't think that your "reservation" gets you a seat.

listen to this advice
If the event starts at 4:00 and the doors open at 1pm and parking opens at 9a do I even have a chance if I get there at 1p?

Wait, so you got there at 4:30am?
Yes. We thought being at the front of the line would let us get in first. Wrong!
Get there early, you will be standing for a very long time so where comfortable shoes. you need water.
How early? Is 1p early enough?
if you want ti be close, get there before the gates open by about 30 min. There will already be people lined up.

Get there 9-10:00a.m.
My friend attended one in AZ while he was snowbirding down there. You absolutely want to get their early. Security is thorough, very long slow lines.

Everything is first come first serve. Reservations are not needed but used to estimate crowd size for security personnel.
Are there accommodations for handicapped?
I imagine if there weren’t, the MSM would have let everyone know very loudly and very frequently…
BRING PHOTO ID...also get there 8-10 hours EARLY...AND BRING A FOLDING CHAIR if you have problems standing...
I have not been, but for other large events I would be in line for parking at least an hour or two early. At least.
