The truckers know there is a shortage of drivers Nation-wide. (You see it takes a little training and a fair whack of money to be qualified to drive trailered eighteen wheelers. Also, it takes time) Anyways, what truckers are doing is take short-term contracts. OBVIO This makes sense in a volatile labor-market. All they are doing, to support Trump in NYC, is to take contracts elsewhere. Making an 'artificia'l shortage of drivers. I argue that this is a organic shortage, but that is hair-splitting.
So, this causes a severe shortage of drivers going in out of NYC, without the traffic jams. Genius. Furthermore, one cannot force drivers who have not signed a contract to do a certain job, to do that job. It's just not how that works. Not even by threatening to take away their bank accounts. LOL Hochul can suck.
How are you even going to fine the guy who is driving in South Dakota? Is it because he drove a NYC route previously, and has now signed for a different route? Grow up.
