It's good to live in a state where it is encouraged to shoot people who are in your house illegally. That is a solution that doesn't clog up the court dockets.
I would burn my property. If they can get past the new padlocks... more power to them. Do they get to sue you if they have a slip and fall while squatting.
I cannot help but think there are some Sicilian ethic groups, or perhaps a motorcycle club that could PERMANENTLY fix this issue, for a one time donation to support their organization.
First visit would probably be relatively restrained, but firm.
The second visit would deal directly with the problem. For the cost of cleaning, repairs and lost rent revenue; the issue could be settled.
Every state has different rules for "squatters rights" and some folks mux things up with homesteader rules from back in the day. It would be wisest to read up on your state's regs, if you own any property you do not occupy. Some places would appear "abandoned" if mail hasn't been picked up in a week. People are afraid to go on vacation!

Exactly my thoughts, thank you!
My husband has several solutions to this problem.
"Go ahead, call the cops on me they won't remove me." "Well then I won't bother. Does 'it puts the lotion on the skin' sound familiar to you?"
Now youse CAN’T leave!
LOL, so if the house burns down, who is getting the payout? It would sure be a shame if they were evicted with flames
That won't go over well in my area.
I’m find with this on one condition…the house has a Biden Harris 2024 sign in the front yard
This guy has probably never worked a legitimate job in his life.

Aren't there a lot of houses owned by Chinese CCP investors in LA, NYC, Seattle, etc sitting empty?
It would be funny if these TikTokers directed the migrants to those houses. One problem taking care of another.
