Unfortunately, what happened with the vax (and the trucker protest) has shown me that the majority of people in Canada are dumbass boot lickers.
The majority still believe man made climate change is a thing, for fucks sakes.
And they are still trying to get electric cars, as if they work here.
Albertans are the only fighters, but people quickly forget. We still have political prisoners here that people have forgotten. Canadians are way to docile and divided. Half of Canada hates Alberta for standing up.
My wife and I are pretty chill with Albertans. One of my uncles lives out there too.

u/catsfive you are in Canada aren't you? Got any first-hand accounts of what has been happening there regarding carbon taxes / carbon credits? I assume they are testing it out in Canada before trying to bring it to the US...praying for Canada and the spirit to cause the public outcry!
The whole carbon tax is for April Fools, not just 1% increase.
