Technically, you don't even need the Constitution for that. The Bill of Rights is basically stating what our God-given rights are, and (is supposed to) limits the government from trampling on them. It doesn't actually give us those rights, God does, and only God can take them away.
I agree. The Bill of Rights are spelled out, absolute restrictions on the Gov. of rights they can NOT touch or they are committing Treason. The weakness is, the DOJ is part of the liberal/communist COUP and is not holding Gov. to the Law.

That's a small fraction of the number of people smoking weed everywhere. I think that there should be no public smoking of it. I'm all for people doing what they want to themselves in the privacy of their own homes, but when they get out in public, they either become VERY annoying with the stench, or may cause a danger to people if they are driving.

This county is right next to me about 15 mins away. North Florida really is a great place to live. Because of the multiple military bases next to each other, there are a ton of vets here. Breaking into someone's house is basically a death sentence if you're dumb enough to try it lol.
As a FL native, now imprisoned in the peoples republic of NY, the FL panhandle is probably the only place in FL I would move to. Other than hurricane threat, the weather there is a slight bit better than the rest of FL, and as you mentioned, VERY conservative compared to the rest of the state.
