This bridge is a way to get out of Baltimore MD, without having to go thru DC to VA to get somewhere. It's a toll bridge.

It is the eastern side of the 695 loop around Baltimore.
I believe that it Serves Dundalk marine terminal (which is inside the bridge and presently inaccessible). I wonder how many cargo ships are trapped in side?
