That's 'cos he wrote at a time when there were no Cultural Marxists KRAZIES, so stand not upon the order of your going but GO! We like nationalistic and masculine.
And I'm betting there weren't a lot of non-white minorities around either. This is what happens when you allow your society to become Oprah-fied... based on feelings rather than logic and common sense.
In a world full of wolves, any nation that becomes a sheep won't last much longer.
If anyone here wants to see some real Shakespeare, I highly recommend "Henry V" by Kenneth Branaugh. He brings the play abut the events at Agincort to life like I've never seen before. And if you do watch it, pay special attention to the famous monologue just before the battle. It always brings a tear to my eye; Shakespeare at his finest.
In the Royal Shizakespeare Company's upcoming production of Shizamlet the climactic duel scene will not end until everyone in the auditorium is caught up in the brawl.
um...in the 16th century Britain was white and normal. You probably had lingering resentment about the Norman Conquest (white people taking over white people). The thing when I was younger in Scotland in the '60's was dark Scots and lighter Scots. That would mean dark haired people of Celtic roots as opposed to blonder people, who were offspring of Viking and Scandinavian immigration. Still white people though.
There wasn't the ease of travel 500 years ago for cultural exchange that we see now, that's all. Nothing to do with discrimination as it's pretended to be now.

The UK governments glib and oily art to speak and purpose not, as per usual.
First thing we do is kill all their lawyers.
These people need to STFU! No one was circling the world purposely preventing others from developing culturally.
FTFY🤭

Will it be as popular as the all female Julius Caesar?
Uhh. Dude lived in EUROPE, ya know, the place where whites are from?
If you're about destroying a civilization, taking down the great works and ideas that created it is a must.
Ah the C word. Thank God I havent seen that word used for more than a year, and you had to break the spell !
Is anything ever "too black, too female and too homo?"

Next comes a disparagement of cave men who ate a lot of meat. Shoulda been vegans!!
Ever seen a cave painting of them eating salad? Me neither.
Cleopatra is my favorite white man
Shakespeare lived during a time when women weren't allowed on stage and white men were the only people around to cast.
