William J. DelBagno Named Special Agent in Charge of the Baltimore Field Office - March 25th

DelBagno released a statement that terrorism is not suspected in this case:

FBI special agent in charge of the Baltimore office William DelBagno said 'there is no specific or credible information to suggest there are ties to terrorism in this incident.'

On the first day of a new job, I am not even sure where the restrooms are, let alone being able to make such pronouncements right away!

There is a little bit of interesting history in this DelBagno's CV:

In 2012, Mr. DelBagno served temporarily as a supervisory special agent in the Chemical Countermeasures Unit of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate at Headquarters. In 2013, he was promoted to unit chief of the WMD Operations Investigative Unit. He became assistant section chief for the WMD Investigations and Operations Section in 2014.

Incidentally, 2013 is when the Ghouta chemical attack happened in Syria under Obama's watch.

In 2017 when when a similar attack happened, it was quickly revealed that the whole chemical attack was a hoax. Is it possible that the 2013 attack was also a hoax? Did DelBagno get promoted in 2013 for his role in establishing this narrative (or perhaps even facilitated the attack?)

In 2020, Mr. DelBagno was promoted to section chief of the Counter-IED Section of the Critical Incident Response Group at Headquarters, where he was responsible for national program management of the Special Agent Bomb Technician program, the Hazardous Device School in Huntsville, Alabama, and the FBI’s response to a weapon of mass destruction.

Guess what DelBagno was co-ordinating as part of Critical Incident Response Group "CIRG"? We know the answer from this leaked Solar Wind hack emails from this Jan 6th investigative Source

Added: His name translates literally from Italian as "Of the bathroom" ... a code for cover up / flushing things?

His first FBI job:

Mr. DelBagno joined the FBI as a special agent in 2005 and was assigned to the New York Field Office, where he conducted counterterrorism investigations. He also served on the Hazardous Evidence Response Team and became a certified weapons of mass destruction coordinator.

TL;DR - The FBI guy who is an expert in Hazardous materials was appointed as the Special Agent in charge of Baltimore, one day before the collapse of the Bridge which carries second most hazardous material traffic.
