If I read this correctly, they are going to make food to feed to livestock, not humans. Is that it?
It is a bit confusing. At the end it says their Netherlands facility produces for pet food, livestock feed etc., but as far as US facility they just kind of talk in circles and say a whole lot without really saying anything at all. Like a politician. So my answer is: I don't know.
Edit - Ok, straight from the source "Protix produces ingredients for feed and food for a broad range of creatures, ranging from chicken to shrimp and from pets to humans."

So in the Netherlands they consider this farm animal food. In the US, we have the distinction of having animal food repurposed for people. Wonderful news. Now I can finally go get those 20 booster shots I’ve heard so much about.
Go check my post a few days ago on how Tyson and Armour came about.
Exact same business model Beyond Meat is using right now.
Ok thanks. I'm sure we'll hear more about this as we go into the future.
Correct: In addition to ingredients for the aquaculture and pet food industries, processed larvae may also be used as ingredients within livestock and plant feed.
Just got done reading this as I was eating my lunch. Big mistake.
VERY BIIIIG MISTAKE.

Right? This should be advertised as a crutch to get you through an intermittent fasting period.
Thank you
