IMO, and I could be mistaken, Q is an occultic white hat psyop which opposes the occultic black hats - 2 sides of the same Masonic coin/2 colors of the Masonic lodge’s ritual checkerboard (create a problem to dupe people into accepting your solution; e.g. create terrorism until your citizens are begging you to spy on them, etc.).
