I always learn a lot from fellow Anons, and wanted to draw more attention the eclipse theories than what results in the General Chat, but if this needs to be moved there, I am sure I'll be notified.
First I want to describe the general info overload that I am currently trying to process. As I watch various videos and read info on links that I find on this Board and elsewhere related to many different things, I arrive at a few conclusions:

I don't have enough time to dig and learn as much as the person who created what I just watched. For example, I'm now seriously wondering if there are lizard people among us. But... I don't have time for that rabbit hole.

I don't know what to do with the flood of information that has been presented... do I accept or reject it? Am I neutral to it? If I accept part or all of it, what do I do in response? Do I tell my children that there are lizard people among us? (That's an example... I don't really think that... yet).

I wonder if wild conspiracy theories are meant to distract and divide us. For example, if I'm focused on lizard people, then I'm probably not focusing on Diddy, or Fulton County, etc. But... is it all related?
In the end, I just keep on living life, trying to honor God by trying to be a good Christian, and I keep an eye on the various ideas and stories percolating on the internet and other news sources. I am peaceful and content, and I am prepared. And... I'm curious. Verrrrrrrry curious, like the rest of you.
Regarding the eclipse... it has captured the attention of pretty much everyone, and that attention is gathering momentum. I have to assume (based on training from this Board) that it's another narrative... but why? Obviously I'm watching the movie with popcorn, but like others I am trying to guess the ending, or at least the next scene. I'd love to hear your thoughts about all of the different theories circulating on this Board about the eclipse (not listed in any particular order):

Lizard people are among us and making their comeback (Free Masons, Horus, Osiris, etc.)... in this theory, Trump is actually part of the system leading humanity to destruction, so this could be two separate theories... maybe Trump is going to expose and defeat the lizard people.

Disease 'X' is going to ravage humanity.

New Madrid fault along the Mississippi river is going to go kabloohey.

Something Biblical is going to happen because of all of the patterns related to Bible names, etc., perhaps related to Trump saying, "It's going to be Biblical".

Planet Niburu (am I spelling that correctly?) is passing by, disguised by the "Devil Comet" and it's going to wreak havoc on earth.

The White Hats are mobilizing the Nat Guard in various states under the cover of this eclipse, and we're going to see some of the Q Plan come to fruition and gather momentum.

I have no fear either way. I stand with the Lord. I do believe though something will happen. I honestly believe we are in the end times and i think Q knows this too. I am very excited for the next 6 years(4 of those with Trump as our President!!!!) We are in great times. Put your faith in the Lord and roll with the punches!!!
Yes same thing happened in 1811 w/ different comet caused death and destruction all along Madrid fault , blew fissures , Mississippi ran backwards for 3 days This all happened shortly after eclipse . 7-8 on the reciter scale. Earth is shacking as I type

It doesn't surprise me, because I believe that Kathy Hocthulhu is literally a DEMON. It's no surprise either that 'Hochul' has roots in the danker regions of Eastern Europe.
I don't buy the lizard people business, and I advise you not to either, but that's your choice.
I am mindful of Genesis 1:14, "let them [the lights in the sky] be for signs" and am open to all calls for repentance, which should be part of everyday conversations with God regardless. If this is more than a few hours of darkness on God's clock, He will let us know. And we should respond by calling on Him, practicing and demonstrating our faith.
Other than survivalist prep, there's not much we can do against earthquakes or the other calamities you contemplate, so not worth much mental space for those either. Good biblical advice from Matthew 6:34: "Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof."
The thing about the lizard business is the collection of videos that show people (a lot of news anchors) whose eyes get crazy for a second... it's pretty disturbing.
It's just a cool sign from God. If you're a believer, pray for an interpretation. Is my advice

And the governments using it to create a state of emergency, well, who knows what they have in mind. They might just be prepping for a mass influx of eclipse-viewers clogging the highways, temporary radio disturbances, etc
You have a situation where many states see a huge influx of people, tourists and illegal immigrants, among whom are deadly violent gangs.
You have a government that routinely pays to instigate riots.
You have a government that is hell bent on declaring lockdowns, martial law, new restrictions.
They see April 8th as a hell of a opportunity to carry this out. Hence the MSM beating the fear drums, and telling people to stay home, lock up and stock up.
This won't take any arcane CERN or comet or fake solar science show. This will just take old as the hills riots and crackdown.
I'm commenting just to keep an eye on this thread. For sure, there are lots of narratives swirling. I have no clue which bits are right and wrong. I'd be willing to say that, for sure, it's either #7 or it's not #7.
Also, the "general info overload that I am currently trying to process" in relation to the eclipse that you describe: you might as well expand that notion to this whole movement for the last however many of years you've noticed things don't seem to add up.
I’ve had a bad feeling about all the hype, already fizzling though….forecast is out, looks like most of Texas viewing obscured and storms. Kinda made me smile. God wins!
Side note: noticing when “some event” gets hyped, there are ALWAYS products ready to go. Seeing eclipse glasses everywhere. Think 6’ stickers on the floors, masks, hand sanitizer kiosks, etc. I’m kinda paying attention to the promo products industry—-they seem to be on top of every situation quickly with mucho swag to sling…..how do they know???
How do they know an eclipse will take place before it happens? Seriously? You've heard of Astronomy, right? Astronomers have been predicting eclipses for thousands of years. Ancient Aztecs, Mayans, Greeks, Chinese, etc... were able to predict eclipses thousands of years ago.
Sometimes it's really difficult for me to understand what's going on in someone's brain when I see comments like this.
Not only does it show a basic lack of education, it calls into question that person's research skills.
It's honestly embarrassing.

I honestly think too many people have too much time on their hands and are bored out of their minds, so when anything out of the ordinary happens, they go apeshit trying to make it as exciting as possible. Then when nothing happens, they conveniently forget all about it and then focus on the next shiny object to repeat the process.
You just summarized the combined effect of cell phones, video games, internet access, cable TV 350+ channels, failure in the school system, failure in parenting, loss of God in our culture, loss of role models and mentors, etc. on our culture over the past 30 years.
Sadly, and EMP is the only thing I can think of that would force a new smartness to take root throughout humanity. But so many would die... so... it's not something I hope for.
I would not let this eclipse take even a pinch of your worship. People are showing their true selves. I've never seen people act so fervently as a collective group. It's like a more drawn out "black Friday" experience for people. I guarantee the average person driving for this thing and being consumed in their lives by this thing are spending more time on it this year than they are Jesus or the Bible. It's sad.
