Yes... but... in that video he says there was also a "devil comet" and this year the comet is a different comet. I wonder if the comet's gravitational pull had anything to do with it, and if that will happen again.

As for the earthquake, I think it will hit off the coast of the Pacific Northwest. That area is more overdue for a quake than is the New Madrid area.
