We had paper silhouette targets with blue helmets at one of the ranges that I used to go to when I was kid. I didn't understand why until my step-dad explained it to me. The UN are not anyone's friends and they're anything but peacekeepers.

I painted my steels UN helmet blue that are all around the property. Spray paint from the hardware store. Great conversation pieces as well as practical training.
