have you read or listened to the Jefferson Bible? Thomas Jefferson basically copied & pasted (used scissors;) to put together his favorite excerpts, which were the sayings of Jesus of Nazareth. he thought much of the Christian religion has been corrupted by jewish beliefs, which he was not impressed with.
