Edit: Found a couple mentions (one linked below). Apparently this is in the preliminary stage of “a probe”. He’s requested information from the corrupt DOJ players. If I had to guess…. They’ll flat-out ignore his RFI.
Who has ever won a case on this basis? Put differently, if 18 USC is the basis for Illegals believing to be US citizens voting in the Federal Election is without penalty, why is deprivation of rights under color of law and conspiracy to deprive not persecuted? (See 241 and 242)
I have a strong suspicion all the lawsuits being filed by those supporting Trump are not fishing trips. I think they know where the evidence and what it is.
How could they know? I think spying is not likely, but FISA actually is likely.
Catching them all with FISA would be easy since it allows you to jump from one crook to the next with each new bit of evidence.
