right, but your grandfather doesnt want to be infantilized by you. i bet he doesn't mind it from his wife, though. i'll need more to believe that level of psychology was born out of a commie plot.
The point is: to be seen as someone that needs tender care from your significant other (aka to be infantilized by them) is not unnatural or unhealthy. It makes perfect sense that this only applies to certain relationships, like parents to their child, or an adult to their lover.
no matter how much your grandpa wants your help, he's not going to want to be babied by you. that's not healthy or natural.
That's a bit of a stretch. I call my daughter (48), my granddaughter (25) and my great-granddaughter (7) baby. I'm in no way sexually attracted to any of them. I'm 71 years old, former military and was financially independent in my 50's, my mom is 91 and she still calls me baby. It's all about someone you love and care deeply for. It has nothing to do with sex, it's simply a term of endearment.
Very true, there’s no telling the amount of things we do and say that has been pushed into our lives that becomes something we do daily with out a thought of the origin,
not convinced. people say baby because it denotes someone you give tender care to. makes sense as is.
Your genes / unconscious mind sees your sexual partner as a vehicle for a "baby".

I’ve called my husband babe so long I don’t remember when it started. I certainly don’t consider him a baby.

Oh boy....
I stopped many years ago.
It's not random.
There are no coincidences.
I've never done that, always seemed a bit creepy to me
C'mon...Ralph Kramdon always said to Alice " baby you're the greatest"
Let me get a romantic partner first.
